ibaEffects 1.0.3.8 update available

Hi, pilots!
I hope, you really have a good time with ibaEffects :)
This update includes:

• Algorithm for Mi-8 VRS vibrations effect modified. Now it regards wind strength and direction.
• First effect for Bf-109 added — stall warning vibrations. Thanks to Vladimir (muffler) for his feedback at ED forum.
  The effect is optional. It can be switched On/Off by checkbox at ibaEffects GUI. Vibration level may be adjusted by slider at the first tab-page.
